I found Flemington BMW looking for a new family car through BMW's CPO site. Nicholle responded promptly to my outreach and the next day we made the 90-minute trip to see the car. Trevor looked after us and because it was rainy and cold, he had the car brought indoors to look at closely. This was our first BMW purchase and an excellent experience. Every step was straight forward and thoroughly explained, with no heavy-handed sales tactics. Cathy in the Finance Office was also great to work with, and I thoroughly recommend Flemington BMW to anybody looking for a new or CPO BMW. Before leaving the dealership, Trevor made sure that I understood all of the car's features, and got my BMW app and virtual key up and running.
